Beam activation event in NYC on March 20.

I propose that we hold a product workshop/ Beam activation event in New York City.

He's been following Beam and Eco since July 2023, the team knows him, he's been spoken to/contacted about other things. He has connections in the web3 community, he is also a developer himself, so if the first event goes well - a hackathon or a more in-depth workshop for Beam or Eco could be considered.

He organized several events before, something like this - https://twitter.com/thepizzaknight_/status/1706473595046691276?s=20. He has expertise and I personally see a lot of potential and opportunity for us as a community to work with him.

What he promises to deliver is a 2 to 3+ hours event, 40-60 attendees, spotlighting Eco and its key goals for attendees and hands-on sessions for attendees to test and use the Eco-related products and solutions, such as Beam. The budget is 1500$ + about 12k-13k Eco sent to attendees to activate Beam wallets (200 Eco x60).

Where will we get the budget from? The Be Influential program has no more than 15-17 participants right now, so we will definitely have about 3 free unpaid spots left and that will just equate to $1,500. The rest (12-13k Eco) I propose to allocate from Culture&Vibes or the reserve fund.

If approved - I request that funds be allocated directly to the organizer's wallet, which will be provided later by me, I will announce this on Discord as we get prepare for the event.
