Voting on misterbull's candidacy as a full member of Layer 3

This is the first vote in the updated Layer 3 entry procedure. The procedure involves first joining the Layer 3 candidates and a 2-month trial period. And then a vote to include the candidate as a full member of Layer 3 and give him/her voting rights if the candidate seems to the rest of the Layer 3 members worthy of joining...

misterbull.beam.eco (vrgames.bab) became a Layer 3 candidate on February 1, 2024. He selected the following form items as his useful contribution during his trial period:

• Frequent participation in L3 calls (Wednesdays, 15:00 UTC)
• Making proposals within the ECOGM framework
• Frequent meaningful feedback on proposals and ideas from other Layer 3 members, and proposals within the Eco protocol on the Eco forum.
• Moderating regional channels (Discord language channels, Telegram groups, others),
• Developing and maintaining local communities (Local events organization, networking people to Ecommunity),
• Communicating with other communities about Eco, exploring possible partnerships,
• Helping using web3 tools (If you find a web3 tool for all the Layer 3 convenience and guide others with it),
• Moderating Layer 3 calls (You can moderate our calls, and create an effective atmosphere for discussing important issues),
• Promoting and evangelizing Eco ideas on social networks,
• Finding novel monetary use cases for $ECO token,
• Building tools for the Eco protocol, Eco currency and related products,

He also added this additional remark: "I will help in reaching out to some centralized exchanges for possible listing and marketing."

Apart from the original entry form, the candidate was also asked to submit a free-form report on his/her useful activities, but the candidate was unable to submit such a report within the deadline due to personal reasons.
