This vote solidifies our decision to remove the Layer3 role from @timaforcoin @not_not @prontera.and @ranil4566. In May 2023 we held a vote where decided that we are removing the role from inactive L3 members. We also held 4 separate votes on Discord where we decided on each of these members separately. Now this snapshot vote legitimizes our decision on-chain.
