153: NSFW compensation

TLDR: Being part of NSFW is a lot of work and currently not being fairly distributed.

To help fix this, I propose the DAO compensates the current members to incentivise/ensure their participation on NSFW.

Therefore, I suggest an 8 ETH compensation for each member per month. The proposal shall run for 3 months on an experimental base to see if we as a DAO manage to incentivise people enough to stay on NSFW and share the burden of responsibility.
