190: This is Nouns — The First Edition minted by Nouns

TL;DR The Nouns DAO is proposing to mint and release a video created by Ordinary Folk as a Timed Open Edition for a price of 0.05 ETH. This will be the first time that the Nouns DAO has minted and released a creative work commissioned by the DAO, and it is expected to serve as a new tool for the organization to directly release and distribute important artifacts from the community. The proceeds from the sale of the video will be split between Nouns (60%) and Ordinary Folk (40%). The Timed Open Edition will be available to mint until January 2nd, 2023, and will be minted using the Zora platform, which will also be used to make the video available to mint onchain and at thisisnouns.wtf. The release of the video is intended to serve as an experiment with NFT releases as a value capture mechanism, and potentially create a model for other creators, communities, and brands to put forward artifacts to be minted via Nouns.
