투표 목적: 본 투표는 LM프로젝트 DAO 활동환경 구축의 글로벌 확장과 가우디 기금조성을 위해 DAO treasury 항목 토큰을 운용하는 건에 대한 투표입니다.

1. 가우디 펀드 조성 LM재단은 최근 가우디 연구재단과 △가우디 유작 건축물 구현 △가우디 테마 관광지 개발 및 시행 △가우디 기금 조성 △가우디 테마 디지털 미디어 아트 사업 △Web3 연계 사업 발굴 및 개발에 대한 협약을 진행한바 있습니다. [참고기사] https://www.mk.co.kr/news/business/10857505

2. Web3 Creator Fund의 글로벌 확장 적용 현재 한국에서만 진행되고 있는 Web3 Creator Fund를 통한 크리에이터 지원을 글로벌로 확장하기 위해 유럽, 태국, 대만, 몽골, 캄보디아, 필리핀, 인도네시아 등 해외 거래소 확대를 추진하고 있으며, 해당 국가에서의 Web3 Creator 지원활동을 강화하여 LM프로젝트의 글로벌 성장을 추진하고자 합니다.

3. 글로벌 DAO 확장 기초 마련 DAO 활동환경의 구축 및 DAO 구성원의 보상 체계를 글로벌로 확장하여 시도하고자 합니다.

본 투표 가결 시 DAO treasury 항목의 물량은 DAO 활동환경의 글로벌 환경 구축을 근간으로 가우디재단과의 협업 및 글로벌 크리에이터 지원을 통해 LM생태계의 발전을 위한 용도로 사용됩니다.

투표 방법: 1 계정 당 1번의 투표를 진행할 수 있으며 계정에 소유한 LM 토큰의 수에 비례하여 투표권이 주어집니다.

The matter of the following voting is the usage of DAO treasury tokens for the global expansion of the LM Project DAO activity environment and the establishment of the Gaudi fund.

Once the voting is approved, tokens of the DAO treasury will be used for the collaboration with the Gaudi Knowledge Association and the support for global creators, ultimately establishing a global environment for the DAO activity.

Establishment of the Gaudi Fund LM Foundation has recently signed a contract with the Gaudi Knowledge Association regarding △ the revival of Gaudi’s posthumous works △ establishment of Gaudi-themed tourist attractions △ establishment of Gaudi fund △ Gaudi-themed digital media art business △ Development of Web3-related business opportunities. 2. Global Expansion of Web3 Creator Fund LM Foundation is currently carrying forward an expansion into various foreign exchanges such as Europe, Thailand, Taiwan, Mongolia, Cambodia, Philippines, and Indonesia to globally expand the Web3 Creator Fund, a support for creators currently available in Korea. The foundation aims to grow the LM Project globally to strengthen the support for Web3 Creators of the above countries.

3. Arrangement of Grounds for Global DAO Expansion The foundation aims to establish the grounds for DAO activity and globally expand the reward system of DAO members.

Each account may vote once, and voting rights will be given in proportion to the LM token amount of each account.

The results of the voting will be announced in a separate notice the following week.
