The SQUID DAO has never been more decentralized, with around 8 different addresses required to reach 50% and dozens of addresses eligible. We're excited to push towards true onchain governance.

Which metrics and goalposts are affected?

Core to our growth loop is our monthly SQUID Drop, which rewards participants in the broader ecosystem. Best to entrust the DAO with this responsibility.

What happens if we don’t do the spend?!

No spend in this case, but we need several months of voting in action to see how it works before handing over control of SQUID funds to direct control of the DAO
