Project CUTTLE

We are proposing to trial the allocation process as proposed in Project CUTTLE: https://leviathannews.substack.com/p/project-cuttle

CUTTLE recommends a process by which SQUID holders may allocate their voting weight among a variety of budget requests that contribute to the overall health of the SQUID ecosystem. The final tokens are disbursed according to the results of the vote.

The process is intended to evolve as we gather experiential data conducting such votes, so we believe it is useful to begin testing the process. The good news is the process is reversible if we find the process is flawed.

This vote is simply an up/down vote to authorize the DAO to proceed in this manner.

If this vote resolves to the positive, subsequent ranked-choice votes on SQUID Drops covering the remainder of July and August will be carry the force of the DAO's recommendation, subject to review by the Emergency DAO.

If this vote resolves to the negative, subsequent ranked-choice votes will be considered as merely indicative.
