Should I hire Cookies#6863 as a full-time community manager?

Below is his proposal.

Position – Community Manager

1. Weekly medium posts highlighting what is happening in the DAO
2. Running DAO twitter account
3. Ensuring that as products are released there is proper documentation and instructions. This will involve updating and publishing the LevX Gitbook (docs), medium posts and twitter threads.
4. Helping onboard contributors
5. Running community engagement events. Specifically, I would like to see bi-weekly Sharkpunks poker tournaments. I am open to more ideas for events from community as well.
6. Assisting the dictator in his mission to conquer the world by dedicating my weeks to growing and maintaining this DAO.

Experience

Well I'm graduating college (civil eng) in a month and technically have no experience that is relevant to this job but I am a good writer and very motivated. Previously, I have mostly worked in construction. I would say the only skill cross over is that I'm good a communication and working in groups.

Compensation

120 LEVX/month for 3 months (further wages are to be discussed after 3 months in combination with USDC)

My endorsement

He's one of OGs of the DAO and also was a summer(core contributor) from the beginning. Even thought many OGs and summers left the DAO but he has always been loyal and actively contributing so far. Thus I believe he's a good addition to the DAO.
