Banning LevX from token price discussion

@magicturtle proposed to ban me from discussing token price but he refused to share his draft so I'm writing this proposal on behalf of him. (It happened in discord '#show-me-what-you-got' private channel.)

According to @maginturtle,

Some people(including him) don't like '1 oh-geez = $0' being a meme, as if that's the case they wouldn't LP, they'd just hold oh-geez. Also they don't like that I'm not #1 on the LP list. So he proposes to ban LevX from price discussion of LevX DAO.

BTW, now he has less than 10% of LP so technically he doesn't have the right to propose, but I respect his old-position & opinion so I'm putting this vote up and will leave this decision to the community.
