Tertius has enlisted the help of an accountant for tax filings for the DAO. LexDAO needs to file taxes for the years including 2022 and 2023 and have been quoted at $1500 in total for both years to be completed. Darien Brown is the CPA who would be enlisted. We'd like to put the proposal to a vote for funding.
