Operator/Ops Discretionary Monthly Budger

We have previously discussed and soft-approved a $250 / month discretionary budget for the Operator (and Assistant Operator) for Operations (tooling) and events, to be overseen by the operating committee including utilizing the bank account and treasury account. The Operator will be responsible for reporting and accounting to the Operating Committee and such accounting will be available to members upon request if not published.
