Removal of Tenfinney as a Member of the Operating Committee

Tenfinney has served on the Operating Committee during the second and third quarter of 2023. Due to inability to further fulfill the obligations of the Operating Committee, and under the rules of the LexDAO Operating System under the Operating Team Plan section, Tenfinney, using the public address 0x130093A5aEbc07e78e16f0EcEF09d1c45AfD8178 requests removal from the Operating Committee under the "3 people in, 3 people out each quarter" clause.
