Membership Onboarding & Monthly Call

As per the OS, posting this proposal inviting LexDAO Guild Members to volunteer (as part of informal short-term working groups) to improve membership participation by:

1. clearly defining benefits for LexDAO Guild Members to join, publish, and participate in LexDAO, and retain current NFT membership, as well as promote LexDAO by attendance at conferences and events and inviting new members;
2. revive the onboarding emails with clear information on the Constitution, OS, Code of Conduct, benefits, Directory, guidelines to publish, etc.;
3. creation of a lu.ma page for LexDAO to facilitate attendance and visibility for events, and make it easier for members to coordinate calendars;
4. adding a monthly welcome to LexDAO onboarding call, and more clarity on work-for-membership track;
5. website updates and maintenance.

In a second stage, I would suggest membership outreach, inventory of jurisdictions covered, and circulating a membership questionnaire to gather areas of skills and potential contributions, areas of interests for training and certifications, and other suggestions.
