Operating Committee Seasonal Rotation

Two nominations were made, for @catting and @cimply, who subsequently filled the OC candidate questionnaire and affirmed they have read the OS and will fulfill the responsibilities of the role.

I’m a blockchain certificate holder from the Oxford Said Business School. Have earned cred in the archive group and the library. Hopefully gunning for a LEETH certificate in the near future. Apart from this I've been a proactive member of the DAO, helping setup our forum, participated in governance, legal hacks calls, etc. Beyond LexDAO, also a contributor to DeFi Latam (a group of DeFi enthusiasts from different Latin American countries). Even though I’m a student I’ve also worked in banking and LegalTech.
