2024 | Operating Committee Elections

Introduction

As the DAO works to bring a 2024 strategy together and build on the momentum of last year, the time has come to begin considering positions on the Operating Committee and the election of our Operator and Assistant Operator. As you all know, we typically run elections every 6 months provided there are interested parties to take over roles within the DAO.

The Operating Committee is a 9 member team responsible primarily for approving transactions through the multisig and for protecting the DAO against Sybil Attack. Within this committee there are also two Manager roles which include the Operator and Assistant Operator. More information on the committee can be found in our Operating System located here

There are 2 members who have expressed an interest in serving on the Operating Committee as members. Each has shown an active role in projects throughout their time here and has an active membership.

Retiring Members

We thank the outgoing members of the Operating Committee for their service to the guild and for their contributions during their time on the Committee. Please join us in thanking them directly. Those moving off the OC and the multisig include:

Vote

Operator and Assistant Operator

Both Tertius and Cimply have agreed to continue to work as the Operator and Assistant Operator respectively for another term.

• If you would like to see them continue in their current roles, please vote "Yes".
• If you wish to see either candidate removed or would like to see another candidate replace them, please vote "No".
