Please read the candidate statements here: Tertius | Operator — 10/16/2024 12:10 PM As Operator over the next 3-6 months I plan to: Continue to facilitate or execute administrative and operational duties while guiding the DAO to a sunset of our current governance (and budgeting) epoch and set up a new epoch to grow in Q1 of 2025 perhaps not including me in any official capacity.
Golden Lady (JupiterBlock) — 10/16/2024 12:48 PM As member of the Operating Committee over the next 3-6 months I plan to do community outreach, lead on the welcome & onboarding monthly calls, and do an inventory of legacy LexDAO materials. I can also serve as LexDAO liaison with LexClinic where I am testing a sustainable way of building public goods in The Well Research House. I will strongly support initiatives by LexDAO guild members to build partnerships with other DAO projects, renewing relationships with founding guild members, and building a legal engineering certification track by LexDAO for the benefit of the guild members.
cimply — 10/16/2024 7:45 PM As assistant operator I will help to document existing platforms and technology, assist in administrative/strategic matters, and aid in succession planning for the next generation of LexDAO leaders. I will continue to support ongoing DAO fundraising and knowledge sharing where needed.
Clinamenic LLC — 10/17/2024 3:54 PM As member of the communications committee, I plan to finish the branding effort and propose a unified branding scheme for LexDAO and select LexDAO auxiliary initiatives.
Paolo (@pmgangi) — 10/18/2024 10:18 AM As member of the OC in the next 3-6 months I plan to: work with @ansonparker in order to make LexDAO a root node of the Q blockchain and this will bring revenue to LexDAO beyond establishing a good partnership with the Q blockchain (in cooperation with the Lexclinic already a Q node); work to establish international partnerships for LexDAO especially in Europe; work and cooperate to provide reasons to people to get onboard on LexDAO (I already shared a document which was approved as blueprint by current OC); work to create a system where LexDAO will be able to provide education programs possibly in partnership with an eu university that will bring visibility and revenues to lexdao; finally I ll work to foster an environment where knowledge about crypto is produced, shared and transmitted As the person in charge of study groups in the next 3-6 months I plan to continue to: have at the very least a study group session every month with distinguished guests and dao members; focus on the following topics: eu mica; AI; cybersecurity laws; reverse solicitation and other legal rules which regulate the international sale of tokens; token classifications; IP for the crypto space; choose of jurisdictions around the world. I will also work to organize study groups in a way that will help dao members to get visibility as guest of the study group and expert of the matter at issue. Finally I will work to put all study groups records (old and new) on the Lexdao you tube channel
Andres - (Cooperativ.io) — 10/20/2024 8:11 AM As a member of OC I will continue to attend governance and committee sessions and coordinate with guild members to assist where possible in their respective projects.
I will also continue preparing CLE content and moving LexDAO's accreditation with the Law Society of Ontario forward.
