Optimistic Vote: Registered Agent - retroactive approval

Tertius unilaterally signed LexDAO up for a registered agent and mailing address service for $25/year.

We have not registered that agent with the Wyoming Secretary of State as a receiving agent for service of process, and will not to so without a DAO Vote.

This was an effort to move the mailing address to a shared admin scanned mail receivership from the Omaha post office box that was not frequently monitored, as well as allow for bank account application, among other reasons.

If so desired, please signal disapproval here if so desired, which will initiate a formal DAO vote process.
