The Website Overhaul disbursement is being officially requested.

As discussed in various LexDAO forums previously, I am requesting disbursement of the initial $1500 required to allow Shiv/Nerderlyne to commence work on the site overhaul.

The remaining amount shall be sought after work commences, and the $1500
