Snapshot Vote Purpose

As part of its formation, the Grants Committee has created a charter that governs its use of LexDAO funds for purposes that

  1. are in the best interest of the DAO membership
  2. facilitate the philanthropic objectives of LexDAO
  3. support member driven projects

This vote is intended to ratify Version 1 of the Committee Charter at the IPFS link below.
