Optimistic Vote: accept lexdao.net, Anson as technical contact

Cimply has purchased lexdao.net and transferred ownership to LexDAO (UNA). The admin of the DNS will be given to the holders of the Operator and Assistant Operator, consistent with our existing Operating System.

This proposal is to accept lexdao.net as an asset and to allow Anson, who is a member, but currently holds no operations role, to serve as Technical Contact.

The DNS and Anson's admin access will be managed by O, AO, and LexOPS. It is being provided for additional security and functionality.

This is an optimistic governance vote to allow for signaling of potential veto intent. Any no vote signal a member disapproval and will engage further discussion to be put to formal DAO Governance Snapshot Vote

This does not signal preference for the use of the lexdao.net site over any other, or provide any authority not already given by the Operating System
