Vote of No Confidence: Remove @bestape from Operating Committee Role

Summary: This proposal calls for a vote of no confidence in Kyle (bestape) and recommends his removal from the Operating Committee.

Rationale: A vote of no confidence does not require any specific accusation of wrongdoing, and a successful vote does not constitute a finding or judgment of wrongdoing.

The bringing of a vote of no confidence is a significant action, and I consider that doing so frivolously would be, in itself, an egregious violation of unwritten community standards.

This proposal has been created based on concerns of members of the operating committee, myself included.

Dispute Resolution Attempts: The Operating Committee and individual members have attempted to reach out to handle the issues amicably, fairly, and with some discretion. One such attempt was a mediation process, designed to provide a proper forum.

All attempts have been met with hostility or non-responsive commentary.

Action Items:

Remove Kyle (bestape) from his role on the Operating Committee effective immediately. Reassign any of his remaining duties to other members or committees as necessary.
