Consolidate LexDAO Treasury Funds from DAOHaus

LexDAO has some treasury funds sitting in an address on DAOHaus.

DAOHaus is a DAO launcher that we had used in the past. However, as we expanded into onboarding more legal professionals, we stopped using DAOHaus as it was not the most intuitive for those unfamiliar with web3.

As of this proposal, we have $10,441.12 in the treasury address on DAOHaus, in a mix of WETH and WXDAI tokens. https://app.daohaus.club/dao/0x64/0x58234d4bf7a83693dc0815d97189ed7d188f6981/vaults.

This is a proposal to move the treasury funds from the DAOHaus address to the LexDAO Gnosis multisig.

A vote "FOR" this proposal would have LexDAO to move treasury funds from DAOHaus to LexDAO Gnosis Multisig.

A vote "AGAINST" this proposal would have LexDAO leave the treasury funds in DAOHaus.
