Temperature Check: Samudai

Following the Study Group Presentation and additional meetings, Ops is looking to move forward with beta testing Samudai as a coordination tool.

Samudai integrates discord roles and calendar (discord events, and google) functionality, as well as forum and taskboard tooling, snapshot, and others at various stage of development/functionality
