@bestape Membership Token

This is a proposal to airdrop a membership token to @bestape, Kyle Smith, in recognition of earned membership based on historical and ongoing contribution to LexDAO. This includes work developing lexclinic, event attendance, operations support, operations committee, grant writing, grants out development, and more.

Specifically, @bestape was instrumental in securing grant fund matching from Gitcoin as well as Optimism RPGF3. @bestape has put in significant effort in building up and supporting LexDAO both in work time committed and results achieved.
