YFI and similar daos are demonstrating an ability to move lean and fast over governance and implement improvements via forums like Discourse.

The ability to have public, long-form topics for LexDAO votes and industry legal topics seems like an advantage over Discord and Telegram.

However, as our members have noted: 'centralize comms, decentralize ops', and providing yet another discussion channel might water us down.

It seems worthwhile, nonetheless, to do a two-week trial (free), and locate in easy place like forum.lexdao.org, just to see if we can get more thoughts jotted out under LexDAO banner, as well as engage new members (particularly lawyers more comfortable in long-form).
