Membership Dues? 💰

Currently, LexDAO is not requiring new members to pledge capital to get voting shares in our cooperative. So far, we have followed a 1:1 voting scheme and non-profit goals for "legal engineering" writ large in our Aragon 🦅 (0x97103fda00a2b47eac669568063c00e65866a633) and MYSTIC 🧙(0x057e820D740D5AAaFfa3c6De08C5c98d990dB00d) contracts.

In light of the increased "gas" cost to merely participate in LexDAO voting ⛽🤬, as well as the 'herding o' cats' apparent in fruitful DAOs, it seems expedient and fair to begin charging dues to join our membership to subsidize active voters and core contributors who are maintaining our social channels (twitter, telegram, discord, medium...) and 'commons' contract codebase (github, hackMD documentation) 💸😇.

The details of "how much" ~ "who" and "when" could be kicked into a follow up vote here // at the next LexDAO 'council or rogues' meeting or whatever.

*To start, it feels easiest, though, to grandfather in membership sans dues before say, 50 voters (we are currently at 43....). *We might also grant Loot from our MYSTIC to account for capital contributions beyond membership dues. *NOT PART OF THIS VOTE
