Stake 1 ETH to $LEX 💸

$LEX (0xA5C5C8Af327248c4c2dce810a3d3Cffb8C4F66ab) ⚔️, our "LexDAO Engineering" token for offers and access related to our research and development in computational law, has a function that allows our DAO, as owner of $LEX contract, to "stake" ETH value to back things up 💪.

To test and illustrate, there is a proposal pending in LexDAO, #9, to stake 1 ETH by calling $LEX with value and function method 0x3a4b66f1, taking advantage of our embedded "minion" logick🪄.

Let's try things out and demonstrate this novel functionality in $LEX. If successful, we should then nominate and execute an arbitration procedure external to LexDAO that will watch and remedy claims on $LEX defaults, such as Aragon Court and/or Kleros 🧑‍⚖️.
