Wallet Suspension Appeal: Blazz

Abstract This proposal is an implementation of CUIP-026 - Ban Implementation Policy where it says:

• If a participant’s suspension is found to be valid upon reinvestigation, they can appeal the decision through the Crypto Unicorns DAO.

Motivation This proposal seeks to appeal the suspension of Blazz's wallet address, stemming from the unintended consequence of a bug in Rainbow Rumble that resulted in the duplication of $RBW deposits into Unicorn Party. Unaware of this bug, the author claims to have unintentionally engaged in what appeared to be opportunistic behavior, leading to the suspension. The proposal provides a comprehensive account of events, accompanied by evidence refuting the stated reason for the suspension.
