The proposal focuses on creating a self-sustaining educational ecosystem to empower members with cryptocurrency knowledge and support. By fostering a supportive and engaging community culture, Guardians and Keepers can attract and retain users, ensuring continued participation and mutual assistance. The proposal also emphasizes the importance of rewarding Guardians and Keepers to provide career growth and discourage misconduct.
