Transfer of Multi-Sig Keys and Permissions for the Forum and Snapshot to the Community

Abstract This proposal seeks approval for the transfer of control over the DAO’s multi-sig keys and permissions for the forum and snapshot voting platform to me.

Motivation Laguna Games (LG), the current leadership, has expressed its intention to transfer control of the DAO to the community to promote greater decentralization and ensure the organization’s long-term sustainability. This proposal aligns with that vision by empowering a trusted community member to assume key operational responsibilities.

Forum and Snapshot Permissions Permissions for the DAO’s forum and snapshot voting platform will be transferred to me, ensuring their continued functionality and accessibility for governance purposes.

Conclusion Approval of this proposal will transfer full operational control of the DAO from Laguna Games (LG) to the community. A trusted community member will be responsible for overseeing the execution of the DAO’s multi-sig and governance tools, ensuring continuity and maintaining trust in its operations.
