Reduce Emission and Increase Tax to save from market sell off

Proposal to save Libero from fear market sell off and prepare for next Libero v2.

As you can see the crypto market is falling and lots of projects are suffering from the fear and sell off. Even in this market, Libero still inventing and bringing new product such as Libera to control Libero inflation and bring more users to Libero ecosystem. Libera help burned and locked 5.186 Billions Libero or 13,1% of Libero circulating supply and bring Libero's brand to CEXs such as Digifinex, Bitmart, etc. Furthermore, we are in the process of making Libero v2, a truly passive income token with many innovative features such as anti dump resistance, hyper nuking, dynamic emission on liquidity, auto-compounding miner, Drip-improved system etc. We believe that Libero v2 will be an important mile stone to bring our customers to financial freedom. In the meantime, we propose and need our community vote on some important features to save Libero from current fear market and sell off.

1. Reduce emission rate: It’s useless to print more Libero while no one buying it. We suggest you to vote on 0.5% or 1% emission per day which still mean ~550% to ~4000% gains per year, a very high APY. ( Libero Bank stakers will have half of this emission).
2. Increase sell tax temporarily from 25% to 30% (slippage 44%) until v2 is active, so the ones who fear have to think more before selling their Libero.

In case Libero sell tax increase from 25% to 30%, the sell tax for Libera will have to increase from 16% to 21% accordingly. The vote will be here for 3 days using your xLibero, 1 xLibero equal 1 vote.
