Increase Aragon Voting duration to 72h

Current Lido DAO Aragon votes take 24h, which is significantly shorter than most DAO setups. We propose to increase the voting duration to 72h. This would allow more LDO token holders to participate in voting, which results in a more meaningful voting outcome and potentially make reaching the quorum easier.

Most of the operational actions are expected to move to Easy Track (it is already used heavily for reWARDS committee & Node Operators key limits management), so the Aragon votes would be focused for strategic actions mostly: protocol upgrades & management of the protocol and DAO Governance related matters.
