Should the Lido DAO add the 2 shortlisted Solana operators to the Lido on Solana operator set?

Between August and September 2022, the Lido Node Operator Sub-governance Group (LNOSG) reviewed and evaluated 21 applications for inclusion into the Lido on Solana Node Operator set. Following the evaluation meeting on September 6, 2022, the LNOSG decided to propose the following two applicants for inclusion into our node operator set for the Solana protocol (in alphabetical order): H2O Nodes Kukis-Global

The Lido on Solana Wave 3 onboarding round furthers Lido’s effort to decentralize the protocols on which we operate, in this case by improving validator diversity with the addition of two net-new operators to the Solana ecosystem. The LNOSG decided to propose these operators given their experience with proof of stake validation, capability to set up a Solana testnet validator, and assessed ability to contribute to the diversity of the Lido on Solana and overall Solana operator set. In the event that either operator does not stand up and operate a performant validator within the next three months, another vote will follow to replace the operator with the waitlisted candidate Cryptomanufaktur (assuming their continued intention to join the set). This vote will run for seven days and seeks LDO holder approval of the onboarding of the above-mentioned node operators for the respective protocol, provided the operators confirm their desire to join.
