[LIP-104] Final 1-Month Migration Window for LikeCoin v1 to v3

Summary

This proposal seeks to open a final one-month window allowing LikeCoin v1 (Ethereum Mainnet) holders to migrate their tokens directly to LikeCoin v3 (Base). This initiative aims to resolve remaining legacy issues and provides a clear, official end-of-life for v1-to-v3 migration support.

Motivation

While LikeCoin v2 launched on November 15, 2019, providing a long window for migration, several v1 holders have resurfaced during the recent v2-to-v3 transition.

To date, there has been no formal community proposal to officially terminate the migration path from v1. By opening this 30-day window, we can:

1. Support Long-term Believers: Ensure early supporters who missed previous windows are not left behind.
2. Operational Clarity: Establish a definitive end date for legacy support, allowing the community and developers to focus entirely on the v3 ecosystem.

Specification

• Target Audience: Any holder of LikeCoin v1 ERC-20 tokens.
• Migration Path: Direct migration from v1 (Ethereum) to v3 (Base).
• Implementation: This proposal appoints the Tech SubDAO to manage the technical execution, including the verification of v1 holdings and the distribution of v3 tokens.
• Duration: The window will remain open for exactly 30 days following the passing of this proposal.

Disclaimer

I am the proposer of this LIP and currently hold 217,242.92876473 LIKE at ckxpress.eth. These tokens remained in v1 format because they were previously providing liquidity in Uniswap and were not migrated during the v2 transition. I stand to benefit from this proposal as it would allow these tokens to be migrated to v3.
