Summary

This proposal seeks community approval for two new members to join the Tech SubDAO, replacing two outgoing members.

Candidate Profiles

1. wancat.eth Self-intro: 軟體開發者，前 LikeCoin 工程師，專長寫 Web，喜歡閱讀、跑步、打泰拳，有時也寫寫歌。

2. arttseng.eth Self-intro: 開發經驗主要在 android app，使用 Java、Kotlin 比較多，UI 看 Figma 設計，串接 Restful API，通常作業模式會這樣。React native 有接觸過一陣子，還比較粗淺。平常興趣閱讀、瑜珈、收藏 NFT，也是今年度 FAB DAO 小組聯絡人之一。

Transition Details

If approved, these candidates will become the new signers of the Tech SubDAO 2/3 multisig wallet. They will replace Greg Sung and Dr. Simon Chan, who have served the community since early 2022.

The third member, ckxpress.eth, will remain in his current role for the time being to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of operations.
