001: Lil Nouncil's Mandate

A Community-Driven Lil Nouncil Mandate.

In this proposal, Lil Nouncil would like the community have a say on what task it should solely focus on.

Presented below are 2 mandates for Lil Nouncil. The top voted mandate will be the sole focus of Lil Nouncil for the next 4-5 weeks.

1. subDAO pod - building a subDAO pod that votes on Prop house proposals. Building this requires gathering subDAO representatives and reaching consensus on setting up its voting strategy, as well as its mechanics;
2. Lil Nouns’ Prop House - voting on Lil Nouns’ Prop House. Lil Nouncil listens to prop house pitches, lists all proposals, and votes on them.
