Add a Transaction-Settlement-Fallback-Button to the Exchange dApp

Abstract

This Improvement Proposition was issued by Snapshot to add a button to the Linear Exchange dApp which allows the user to settle or revert trading transactions, which are unexpectedly not settled or reverted by the Linear Exchange Settlement System.

After a delay of two minutes the button can be used to settle or after ten minutes it can be used to revert the users own transaction. The user can decide if the situation makes it necessary to use this function or if it's appropriate to rely on the Exchange Settlement System and wait until the transaction is settled or reverted by the system automatically.

The usage of the aforementioned button obliges the user to pay the applicable fee for the settlement or revert transaction.
