Flannelhandler Proposal: Website redesign, costs and hosting costs

Over the last months, Core Contributing Generals have been attempting to have the Ltoad.com website revamped. The old content did not reflect Link Toad's current activity and objectives, roadmap was outdated, many mentioned features of the project were either scrapped or changed and contact information needed to be updated. Also, we needed to take over hosting rights and costs from the original owner, Simon.

Contact with the original developers resulted in an estimated development cost of $7000, which the Generals found ludicrous considering the initially requested changes.

After extended effort to find a better deal, we were lucky enough to have The Link Marine join our ranks.

TLM is a professional web-builder that also built sites such as https://www.chainlinkecosystem.com/.

We found him willing to rebuild the site from the ground up, for a very moderate 750 Pounds (or $930) compensation (out of love for the toads). As the DAO is now the owner of the site -where as before Simon was paying for hosting out of his own pocket- additional cost for webhosting comes down to $168 for 2024, and $144 for 2023, see invoices attached.

For the total rebuild of the website and hosting costs for this year, and next year, total bill comes down to $1258.50.

This proposal's vote will cover the following:

Using $ETH from the treasury (currently holds a little over 4 $ETH and over 13,000 $LINK) to pay for the $1242 in website development and hosting costs up until November 2024.
