Attached you will find a proposed mission statement to help unify our message to the outside world, based on input from DAO members gathered in the community Spaces and chats. This aims to ensure that we present a clear and uniform impression of what we are and do in Barcelona, now that MDMA will no longer be the sole point of contact between the TOADS and our partners

The core aspects:

Our credo should be: "We are here to help". Be it through Spaces, tweets on the official LTOAD account, Postmint campaigns, content creation or any further assistance DAO members can and want to offer to Chainlinked platforms, LTOADS should become a staple of true Link Marine spirit

We are NOT a "pay to shill" service. Our foremost goal is to help and educate. If any party wishes to donate to the DAO, that is greatly encouraged and appreciated. The DAO will always use any donations to reward participants in educational campaigns and ensure the longevity of the DAO itself

MDMA and Mike will remain our partners, just in a less intensive capacity. That means that it will be more and more up to DAO members to run the socials and get in touch with potential partners. If you have a contact that is interested in working with the TOADS, but are not comfortable leading communications with them, please reach out to any of the generals listed in the document attached

Community Participation is our greatest strenght. It's what makes all of this work. Therefore, author proposes to add an additional tokengate of 3 LTOAD NFTs for certain Postmint campaigns (for example those with more complex topics like DeFi) to garner more participants and be of greater help to our partners.

Campaigns will be introduced via proposals from now on, stating the subject, purse, and 3 or 7 tokengate before running the campaign for the DAO to vote on. These votes would not need quorum to pass.
