First composition of the LIOM DAO Board

We are putting to a vote the first composition of the LIOM DAO Board, which will be responsible for administering DAO proposals and serving the vision of the community:

Each Board member is elected for one year, but may be replaced earlier by a majority vote of the community. Additionally, any member of the Board can leave at any time, provide a reason, and initiate voting for a new member to take on the same position.

If approved, the current composition of the DAO Board will serve for a year starting from April 10th, 2023.
