VOTE ONE

A - Enable the LMS on the price level we have when the vote is done. If then the community decides to sell even more and the LIF is drained through the LMS, we switch off the LMS afterwards to have the price be free floating. If however the community does not sell the full LIF through the LMS, we will keep the LMS on for as long as it keeps functioning.

B - Make a set of LAR buys to the total of 150k, and then leaving the price as is, shutting down the LMS.

C - Add the 150k to the 200k for the other vote, so that vote means a spending total of 350k total. We will then not reinstate the LMS.
