Pair and Burn Voted Asset with ORD

90M PLS has been allocated to this proposal

After discussions within the ORD telegram there have been a few assets selected to possibly pair with ORD.

A consensus was not made so this proposal contains the following 3 options, whichever option has the most votes will be the one actioned :

A) 100% of PLS used to pair with ETH (A new pairing that will reduce reliance on PLS assets and provide some stability)

B) 100% of PLS used to pair with UrMom (A PLS memecoin with an extensive web and burned LPs, we are currently not paired to this)

C) 30% pDAI & 70% UrMom (We currently have a $2.5k pair with pDAI but the community has voiced the want to strengthen this pair, with the remaining 70% we will open a new pair with UrMom broadening our web and opening new ARB opportunities)
