[TRC-113] - Enable Gauge for rETH / weETH [Ethereum] (no cap)

Abstract: This proposal aims to introduce the rETH/weETH liquidity pair on the Bunni platform. The gauge address for this liquidity pair is proposed as 0xfcca6818c68fccac03fd8995fd08194e7c439bf1. The price range for this pair is set between 1.0680 and 1.0870 rETH for weETH.

Protocol Description: Etherfi's weETH token is a key component of Etherfi's liquid staking solution for Ethereum, offering users the opportunity to engage in Ethereum staking. weETH is the only LST currently offering liquid re-staking & allowing holders to earn Eigen Layer points while keeping a liquid asset. The integration of the rETH/weETH pair is an initiative to improve liquidity and volume for users on the Bunni platform, enhancing the overall utility and efficiency of the LST.

Motivation: Bunni has for a long time been a strong venue for LSTs and Stablecoins, allowing protocols to leverage Uniswap while offering users compelling and capital efficient rewards on their liquidity positions. This proposal stems from the need to increase the liquidity options, trading efficiency and volume for Etherfi's weETH token.
