TRC - 89 Approve Gauges for Rocketpool (rETH/WETH) 10% cap

The principal goal of this proposal is to run a trial involving bribes to veLIT holders. Such trial has the goal to encourage the Incentives Management Committee (IMC) of Rocket Pool to further explore Bunni as a potential liquidity venue. In order to success, the trial needs to show that Bunni (and Liquis) are venues that allow rETH liquidity to improve on some of those metrics: 1% price impact (Reference: 1% sheet). Peg stability and alignment. Additional Metric: APR, volume etc.
