Reset buy tax to 15%

The buy tax was reduced to incentify buying when we were in a Downtrend. Due to the project's most recent activity, the current overall sentiment and ongoing buy pressure, there is no reason to keep it on this level. Instead, we can put it back to 15% so it's again the initial tokenomics which benefits holders and the ecosystem more.
