In the recent times, there has been an increase in dusting attacks across all markets on all chains. I would like to propose we change the buy tax from 7% to 1% so $ECTO holders can safely transfer tokens to more secure wallets. This would be available for (2) 15 minute intervals to accommodate holders from various parts of the world.

The first window will be Saturday, March 26 at 8:00 PM UTC till 8:15 PM UTC.

The second window will be Sunday, March 27 at 8:00 AM UTC till 8:15 AM UTC.
