Use CM Wallet to pay Dev Expenses

The CM wallet, BNB portion, has been sitting for many months now and I would like to propose to use the money to pay for dev expenses behind the scenes. This will further help runway until we can get the next product out. After the next product is out, we can focus on growing the cm wallet bigger.
