Vote About Suspending SecondLive $BEAN's Transfer

In the $BEAN's generation process, SecondLive officials are constantly banning cheating users. However, someone has been acquiring $BEAN from the client end through violation. To prevent sanctions, they immediately transfer out the $BEAN and sell them at a lower price than the market. We've also received feedbacks from the community suggesting terminating $BEAN's on-chain transfers to ensure the benefits of genuine and loyal users. Therefore, we initiate a vote on whether to suspend BEAN's on-chain transfer. The result will formally come into force on 5th September once the ballot is approved. The time to enable it again will be pending. The address holding $BEAN can only be used to claim and stake $BEAN.
