Abstract: Hello LID members, this is a formal vote for the removal of Osman (0xfa196b84fc4a692819fb8054e7c225147d102215) from the Livepeer Innovators DAO, in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the LID Litepaper

Details: Upon careful observation, it has come to my attention that Osman has not demonstrated a commitment to fostering a supportive and positive environment within the Livepeer project. There have been some instances of heated debates (which is welcome if kept positive) but other instances of blatantly criticizing the founder to step down with no clear path to a solution.

Furthermore, there is a notable absence of relevant experience in understanding the technology underlying the Livepeer project on the part of this member.

It is important to emphasize that this proposal is not intended as a personal attack. Rather, it follows the established protocol for initiating the removal voting mechanism outlined in the Litepaper.
